There is probably nothing more seductive and likeable than a smile - especially when it shows bright white teeth. But that sparkle can be hard to achieve. To keep your teeth white forever, you would have to give up on many of life’s pleasures: tobacco, coffee, tea, red wine, curry, tomato sauces. But, in the long run, even that won’t help. Neither will regular dental hygiene. This is because teeth become darkened and stained mostly due to natural causes. As people get older, the enamel that gives teeth their white colour wears away and gradually exposes the yellowish dentine underneath. - But now, this is no longer a problem. Modern bleaching gels bring back the natural whiteness of your teeth. As a bleaching agent, they contain peroxide which penetrates the superficial layer of the tooth and breaks down pigments - creating a whitening effect. To avoid harming the gums and enamel, we at Venus Beauty use a highly effective bleaching gel with only 0.1 per cent peroxide. One treatment takes 2 x 18 minutes and delivers instant results. If your teeth are strongly discoloured, more sessions will usually be necessary to achieve the desired degree of whiteness.
